ChangeProof privacy overview

Information we use

ChangeProof uses account information such as your email address to create and secure your workspace.

Change order data

Saved change orders may include contractor names, customer names, contact details, optional contractor/customer addresses, job names, job addresses, descriptions, prices, terms, approval link records, and Proof Packet data provided by users.

Customer approvals

Customer approval data may include the approval decision, signer name, optional comment, timestamps, browser user agent, and IP address information when available.

Product analytics

ChangeProof may collect product usage events, referral or UTM source, and coarse country and state/province information inferred from the network request. These analytics help us understand how many free PDFs are generated, which sources bring signups, and whether the self-serve funnel is working.

For analytics, ChangeProof does not intentionally store exact IP addresses, city, postal code, latitude/longitude, contractor/customer/job details, change-order amounts, or change-order descriptions.

Payments

Stripe handles subscription checkout, billing management, and payment details. ChangeProof does not store credit card numbers.
