Information we use
ChangeProof uses account information such as your email address to create and secure your workspace.
Change order data
Saved change orders may include contractor names, customer names, job names, job addresses, descriptions, prices, terms, approval link records, and Proof Packet data.
Customer approvals
Customer approval data may include the approval decision, signer name, optional comment, timestamps, browser user agent, and IP address information when available.
Payments
Stripe handles subscription checkout, billing management, and payment details. ChangeProof does not store credit card numbers.
