These terms describe the intended use of ChangeProof for contractor change order records, document generation, approval links, and subscription billing.

Product use
ChangeProof helps contractors create Change Order PDFs, send approval links, collect customer decisions, and download timestamped Proof Packets.
Not legal advice
ChangeProof provides workflow records and document generation. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not guarantee legal enforceability. Users are responsible for reviewing their own documents, terms, pricing, and customer communications.
Acceptable use
Do not use ChangeProof to submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive records. Do not attempt to access another user's saved change orders or approval data.
Subscriptions
Subscription checkout and billing management are handled through Stripe. Plan limits may apply to saved change orders and approval links.
